STEP 2: CUSTOMISE YOUR EXPERIENCE
We'll confirm availability for your date and location and discuss your theme or any special requests.
STEP 3: BOOK YOUR DATE
Once everything is confirmed, we'll secure your date with a deposit and send you a confirmation email with all the details for your Luxury Picninc experience .
STEP 4: ENJOY YOUR EVENT
On the day of your event, our team will arrive to set up at your location. We'll make sure everything is ready for a magical picnic experience. All you need to do is relax and enjoy.

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE FOR?
The classic and Iconic package are 2 hour hire whilst the Ultimate Romance package is 3 hour Hire. If you require additional time, please let us know when booking.
WHERE CAN THE EXPERIENCE BE SETUP?
Choose from one of our recommended locations in the contact form, or if you’d like us to set up at a different spot, let us know. We’ll confirm if we can accommodate your preferred location.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We can operate in light rain, and once installed, the dome is waterproof.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THE DOMES?
Our pop-up igloo and large cabana fits up to 10 guests, while the XL Cabana accommodates up to 20 guests.
DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING?
We do not offer catering services directly. However, we can recommend catering options and assist with liaising with your chosen supplier. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own food and beverages for the event.
HOW LONG DOES THE SETUP TAKE?
Setup typically takes up to 3-4 hours, and pack down can take 1-2 hours. The duration may vary depending on the ease of access at the chosen location.
CAN I DECORATE THE DOME MYSELF?
Yes, you can hire just the dome without any furnishings if you prefer to create and decorate your own setup.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?
