We'll confirm availability for your date and location and discuss your themes or any special requests.

Once everything is confirmed, we'll secure your date with a deposit and send you a confirmation email with all the details for your experience.
STEP 4: ENJOY YOUR EVENT
On the day of your event, our team will arrive to set up and ensure everything is ready for your event. All you need to do is show up and relax.

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE FOR?
The intimate experince is 2 hour hire whilst the Grand experince is 3 hour Hire. If you require additional time, please let us know when booking.
WHERE CAN THE EXPERIENCE BE SETUP?
Choose from one of our recommended locations, or if you’d like us to set up at a different spot, let us know. We’ll confirm if we can accommodate your preferred location.
DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING?
We don’t offer catering services, but we can recommend options and assist with coordinating your chosen supplier. Alternatively, you’re welcome to arrange your own food and drinks.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THE DOME?
Our large cabana fits up to 8 guests, while the XL Cabana accommodates up to 12 guests. For larger parties, our picnic-style setup can accommodate more guests.
