What to check before install
- Clear footprint at least 1m larger than external diameter for install and ballast.
- Vehicle access to the drop point — kerb-side, ramp or lift access as relevant.
- Surface type confirmed (grass, decking, pavement, sand) so ballast can be planned.
- Overhead clearance for the Grand range (2.8m height).
- Weather exposure noted — coastal, elevated or wind-affected sites are reviewed case-by-case.
How commercial quotes work
Commercial hire is priced per project rather than a fixed rate. Final pricing depends on structure, duration, site, access, ballast requirements and any styling or branding add-ons.
Private event pricing published elsewhere on the site is not applied to commercial weekly hire. Request a commercial quote and we'll return a tailored proposal.

Council permits, event management and structural engineering beyond our standard documentation are not included by default and, where required, are the responsibility of the organiser.

As a general guide, allow at least 1 metre of clearance around the external diameter of the structure for install, ballast and safe guest movement. The Pop-Up Igloo and Signature range (3.6–3.7m) suit compact footprints; the Grand range (4.8m) needs additional space. We assess exact requirements per site.
