We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, sunset times and popular Sydney locations. We have arranged proposals with as little as 24 hours’ notice, but this depends on availability. The more notice we have, the more considered the experience can feel.

Your proposal package includes the structure, styling, professional setup and pack down, along with the inclusions listed under your chosen package. Signature, Premier and Luxe each offer a different level of styling and detail, with optional add-ons available if you’d like to take the experience further. You’ll also receive guidance and support throughout the planning process, so the details feel clear before the day arrives.

Yes. If you’re unsure where to propose, we can guide you based on the style of setting or backdrop you’re after — whether that’s a garden, park, beach, harbour view or even your own private property. Some public locations may require permits or approvals, but we can guide you on this before confirming the booking.

The dome provides cover once installed; however we do need suitable weather conditions during setup. If rain is forecast, we’ll work with you in the lead-up to decide the best plan, which may include adjusting the timing on the day or rescheduling where possible. Final weather decisions are usually made within 48 hours of the booking.

We work entirely with you. No public socials tagged, no shared calendars, no contact with her. Setup happens discreetly while you arrange a believable reason to be at the location. Bring her in at the agreed time — everything is ready.

We highly recommend it. The proposal itself happens in seconds, but the photos and film let you relive the reaction, the setting and the emotion long after the moment has passed. Photography and videography can be added as optional add-ons, depending on how you’d like the moment captured. We arrange photography and videography through our trusted creative partners.

The setting is yours for the next 1–2 hours to enjoy — sparkling wine, the view, photos on your phone, a quiet moment together. Our team returns later to pack down. You leave with no logistics, just the memory.

Yes, depending on the location and the size of the group. If you’d like friends or family to join after the proposal, let us know when you enquire so we can guide you on what will work best. For some public locations, guest numbers may need to stay more limited and discreet, as larger groups may require approval.

Proposal pricing includes standard travel within our usual Sydney service area. For locations further afield, an additional travel fee may apply. Any additional costs will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.
