How long can I hire an IGLOOZE structure for?

You can hire an IGLOOZE structure for anything from a few hours to several weeks or longer. Our standard commercial rate covers up to seven days, so a single structure is the same base price whether you need it for a few hours, one day or the full seven days. Additional weeks are charged at a reduced weekly rate, while multi-structure projects can be quoted separately based on your requirements.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak periods such as winter and Christmas when availability is limited. Larger or more complex projects may also require additional planning time.

Where can the structures be installed?

Our structures can be installed in a wide range of locations, including indoor and outdoor venues, rooftops and public spaces, provided there is suitable space and access for installation.

Can structures be branded or customised for an activation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom branding can be added to the structures, including signage and vinyl decals.

Do you provide furniture and styling as well as the structure?

Yes. Furniture and styling can be arranged and are quoted separately based on your requirements.

What happens if there's bad weather?

If rain or unsuitable weather is forecast during installation, we can work with you to adjust the installation time where possible. Wind requirements vary between structures, and all structures must be used within their relevant engineering and safety requirements.

Do I need to provide a power source?

Yes. If your setup requires power for lighting, heating or other electrical items, a suitable power source will need to be available at the installation site.

Are there any access requirements for installation?

Our standard quotes are based on straightforward access to the installation area. If access involves stairs, lifts, rooftops, restricted access or a significant distance from the unloading area, please let us know when enquiring, as additional labour or logistics costs may apply. What's included in the structure hire price?

Our structure hire price includes the structure, delivery, professional installation, pack down and collection. Additional travel or logistics costs may apply depending on location and site access. Furniture, styling and branding are quoted separately.

Do the structures come with flooring?

Accepted Answer

No. Flooring is not included with the structure hire but can be arranged and quoted separately if required.

Do you travel outside of Sydney?

Accepted Answer

Yes. IGLOOZE is Sydney-based, but we can travel across NSW and interstate depending on the location and project requirements. Additional travel and logistics costs will apply.

Do you provide engineering documentation for the structures?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Engineering documentation can be provided where required. If a site-specific engineering sign-off is required, this can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Are the structures waterproof?

Accepted Answer

Our enclosed domes and igloos are waterproof and provide protection from rain. As they do not have an integrated floor, water may collect underneath during heavy or prolonged rain. Raised flooring can be arranged if required.

What site requirements do you need?

Accepted Answer

We require a flat, clear area with enough space for your chosen structure. If installing on grass, the grass should be cut short before installation. Specific space requirements for each structure can be found in our Structure Guide.

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. IGLOOZE holds $20 million public liability insurance, and documentation can be provided for venues, councils and event organisers.
