Where can the setup take place?

We can guide you based on the setting or backdrop you’re after, whether that’s a garden, park, beach, harbour view or your own private property. Some public locations may require permits or approvals, but we can guide you on this before confirming the booking.
How many guests can the setup suit?

This depends on the style of setup and the dome or cabana selected. As a guide, our largest dome can accommodate up to 18 guests in a relaxed picnic-style setup
What's actually included in the price?

Your price will include the structure, styling, setup, and pack-down agreed for your celebration. As each event is bespoke, the final inclusions will depend on your occasion, location, guest numbers and the level of styling you’d like to create.
Can we arrange our own food or catering?

Yes. You’re welcome to arrange your own food, grazing or catering. We can also liaise with your chosen supplier around timing and setup details where needed.
What happens if it rains?
+
Our domes provide cover once installed; however, we still need suitable weather conditions during setup. If rain is forecast, we’ll work with you in the lead-up to decide the best plan, which may include adjusting the timing on the day or rescheduling where possible. Final weather decisions are usually made within 48 hours of the booking.
Do you travel outside Sydney?

Our bespoke celebrations are generally created across Sydney. For private bookings outside Sydney, availability will depend on the location, event type and logistics involved.
