HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SIT/STAND INSIDE THE IGLOOZE?

Please ask, this will depend on the size of the Iglooze and package you choose.

 

IS IT COLD IN THE IGLOOZE?

We provide heaters, blankets and rugs to make it nice and cosy and warm.

 

IS IT HOT IN THE IGLOO?

We provide fans in the igloos and the doors open for fresh air.

 

CAN WE HAVE THE IGLOO OVER NIGHT?

Yes, please discuss this with us when you make a booking and we will let you know if it is available.

 

WHERE CAN WE HAVE THE IGLOO?

Our Iglooze is perfect for your back garden. However, if to wish to have your event elsewhere just send us a message to find out how.

 

DO WE NEED TO PAY A BOND?

Yes $200. This will be paid back to you within 5 business days by method of payment.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

Yes, of course. We work together with chef/baker who offer a range of food options. Please look at the add-ons section and contact us if you have any special requirements. We offer complimentary popcorn and lollies for the movie nights.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ELECTRICITY?

Yes we do but only for the igloos set up where electricity is available. We will need an electricity point within 20m of the Iglooze. We have a generator for events in public places.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?

Unfortunately, we do not offer alcohol, but alcohol is permitted inside of the Iglooze.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED ANDHOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

We are based in Sydney we can set up anywhere in Sydney & NSW. Delivery is free within 25 km

 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR IGLOOZE SET-UP?

We will need approx. 3.4m diameter, the Iglooze is three (3) meters. We will also need space to access the area with all the equipment.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

It will take approx. 2 hours depending on the package and equipment. The dismantling process is quicker.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING/PAYMENT?

Send us an email, call us or send us a message on our social media. We will contact you back with a booking form and all the information/themes/ occasions. You can pay by cash, card and bank transfer.

 

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability insurance up to $ 2 million.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

We require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel 2 weeks before the booking your deposit will be returned. If cancelled within 2 week of the book, you will be charged fully.

WHO IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE?

As per our agreement, the hirer will be held liable for any damages caused during the hire. Please read our terms and conditions.

 

DO YOU ALLOW FURRY FRIENDS INSIDE THE IGLOOZE?

Of course, we love furry friends, but please we ask them to be supervised at all times.
