HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE INSIDE THE IGLOO?

Please ask as this will depend on the size of the igloo and package you choose.

 

IS IT COLD IN THE IGLOO?

We provide heaters, blankets and rugs to make it nice, cosy and warm.

 

IS IT HOT IN THE IGLOO?

Depending on the location you pick, we can set up the igloo under the shade to keep it nice and cool inside. 

 

CAN WE HAVE THE IGLOO OVERNIGHT?

Yes. Bookings at your home residence can be kept overnight at no extra costs.

 

WHERE CAN WE HAVE THE IGLOO?

Our igloos are perfect for your garden. However, if you wish to have your event elsewhere, just contact us to find out whether it's possible.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

Yes. We work with others suppliers for catering. Please look at the "Extras" section of our packages and contact us if you have any special requirements. 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ELECTRICITY?

Yes. However, this is only for the igloos set up where electricity is available. We will need an electricity point within 20m of the igloos. We also have a generator for events in public places.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?

Unfortunately, we do not offer alcohol. However, alcohol is permitted inside of the igloos.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR IGLOOZE SET-UP?

We will need approximately 4m diameter as the igloos are 3.7m in diameter. We will also need space to access the area with all the equipment.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

It will take approximately 4 hours depending on the package and equipment. The dismantling process is a lot quicker.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING/PAYMENT?

Send us an email, call us or send us a message on our social media. We will contact you back with a booking form and all the information. You can pay by cash, card and bank transfer.

 

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. We are fully insured with public liability insurance up to $2 million.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the beginning of the hire period is subject to a $200 cancellation fee, which is the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the beginning of the hire period is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking costs. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the beginning of the hire period is non-refundable.

WHO IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE?

A damage waiver of 5% of your total booking costs will be paid when you book with us. This will cover damages made below 5%. However, as per our agreement, the hirer will be held liable for any damages exceeding 5% caused during the hire. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

 

DO YOU ALLOW PETS INSIDE THE IGLOOZE?

Of course, but kindly ask that you supervise them at all times.
