We can guide you based on the setting or backdrop you’re envisioning, whether that’s a garden, park, beach, harbour view or your own private property. Some public locations may require permits or approvals, and we can help guide you through this before confirming your booking.
What’s included in a dome or a cabana hire?

Dome and cabana hire includes the structure, professional installation, pack down and the required weights to secure the setup safely. Optional extras such as flooring and lighting can also be added if required.
Can the dome or cabana be styled?

Yes. This page is for dome and cabana hire only; styling can be added or quoted depending on what you’d like included. For a more elevated styled experience, we recommend exploring our Bespoke Celebrations page.
Can the dome or cabana be installed on any surface?

Our structures can be installed on a range of surfaces, including grass, concrete, decking and selected outdoor locations. Suitability depends on factors such as access, level ground and how the structure can be safely secured. Each location is assessed individually before confirming your booking.
How long is the hire period?

Hire periods vary depending on the location, structure and type of booking. Private property bookings generally offer more flexibility and can often include extended or overnight hire, while public locations are typically booked for a set hire window on the day. We’ll confirm the most suitable hire period with you during the booking process.
What happens if it rains?

Our domes and outdoor setups provide cover once installed; however, suitable weather conditions are still required during setup. If rain is forecast, we’ll work with you in the lead-up to determine the best plan, which may include adjusting timings on the day or rescheduling where possible. Final weather decisions are typically made within 48 hours of the booking.
Do you travel outside Sydney?

Our private dome and cabana hire is primarily available across Sydney. For bookings outside Sydney, availability will depend on the location, hire type and logistics involved.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you have a specific date, location or structure in mind. Availability can become limited during peak periods, including summer weekends, winter activations, December celebrations and other key event seasons.
