We can guide you based on the setting or backdrop you’re envisioning, whether that’s a garden, park, beach, harbour view or your own private property. Some public locations may require permits or approvals, and we can help guide you through this before confirming your booking.

Dome and cabana hire includes your chosen structure, delivery within our standard service area, professional installation and pack down, along with the required weights to safely secure the structure. Optional extras such as flooring can also be arranged if required.

Our structures can be installed in a range of private and public locations, including homes, gardens, venues, rooftops and outdoor spaces, provided there is suitable access and a flat, level area for installation.

Hire periods vary depending on the location, structure and type of booking. Private property bookings generally offer more flexibility, including extended or overnight hire, while public locations are typically booked for a set hire window on the day.

Our enclosed domes provide cover from the rain once installed, while our cabanas are not designed for wet weather. We do require suitable weather conditions for installation of all structures. If rain or unsuitable weather is forecast, we’ll work with you in the lead-up to decide the best option. This may include adjusting the time of day or rescheduling to the nearest available date. If your date is significant and can’t be moved, an indoor setup at a suitable home, hotel or venue may also be possible. Any changes that involve a different location or additional requirements may incur extra costs. Final weather decisions are usually made within 48 hours of your booking.

Our private dome and cabana hire is primarily available across Sydney. For bookings outside Sydney, availability will depend on the location, hire type and logistics involved.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly if you have a specific or significant date in mind. The more notice we have, the better chance we have of securing your preferred structure and date. However, don’t hesitate to contact us for last-minute bookings — we may still be able to accommodate your request.
