STEP 2: CUSTOMISE YOUR EXPERIENCE
We’ll confirm availability for your preferred date and location, and discuss any special themed décor or upgrades you would like.
STEP 3: BOOK YOUR DATE
Once all details are finalised, we’ll secure your date with a deposit. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with all the information for your Sunset Cinema Movie Night.
STEP 4: ENJOY YOUR EVENT
​On the day of the event, our team will arrive 3 hours prior to handle the setup, ensuring everything is ready for your Sunset Cinema movie night.

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE FOR?
Sunset Cinema packages include overnight hire as standard.
CAN I WATCH MOVIES DURING THE DAY?
The cinema screen is only visible after dusk. Due to the movies being run by a projector, Please check the sunset time for your date to determine the best time to start your party.
WHERE CAN THE MOVIE NIGHT BE SETUP?
The experience needs to be set up at a private property due to the requirement for access to Wi-Fi and electricity. Fot setups not in range of a hot spot a personal hotspot can be used from a mobile device.
WHAT SPACE IS NEEDED?
The space required depends on the number of children attending. To ensure a comfortable experience, it's best to have ample space so the setup doesn't feel cramped.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We cover all of Sydney. If you’re located outside of Sydney, we can still travel to you for an additional travel fee.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY MOVIES?
Our movie nights are equipped with a projector connected to a smart TV device, allowing you to stream as many movies as you wish from services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+.
HOW LONG DOES THE SETUP TAKE?
Setup typically takes up to 3 hours, and pack down can take up to 1.5 hours. The duration may vary depending on the ease of access at your location.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We cannot operate the movie night in the rain. If it rains, we recommend having a backup indoor location or rescheduling the event. We offer free rescheduling for weather-related cancellations.
