How we work with you 

We keep the process simple and stress-free from start to finish.

Once we understand your event details and vision, we guide you on the best structure and setup for your space.

 

From there, our team handles delivery, installation, and pack-down so everything is taken care of professionally behind the scenes.

You won’t need to coordinate suppliers or logistics we make sure your dome is installed safely, beautifully, and ready exactly when you need it.

What’s Included in Every IGLOOZE Installation

  • Professional delivery and collection within our standard service area 

  • Full installation and pack-down by our trained event crew

  • On-site setup management to ensure everything is positioned and secured correctly

  • Coordinated logistics so you don’t need to organise multiple suppliers or trades

Additional items are only added when required by your site, venue or brief and are quoted transparently.

Including:

  • Ballast / weight systems (for hard surfaces, rooftops or non-pegable sites)

  • Flooring

  • Furniture and interior styling

  • Engineering or compliance certification (if required by council or venue)

  • Power, lighting or extended logistics​

  • Extended delivery distance

  • Difficult or restricted site access

Our core service is premium dome hire with professional installation.

Many clients choose to style and furnish the space themselves, while others ask us to assist with additional elements when required.

We keep it flexible, you can keep it simple or build something fully customised depending on your event vision, venue requirements, or creative brief.
